Me too.

This video thing is tricky. I thought I had it fixed, but I'm still working on it.

Don't worry, by the time there is real content here, this will be working.

I'm having the same issue that Brad is having. When I try to update my podcasts, it says that it won't load them because the video isn't supported by my ipod. I have a previous gen (gen 5?) 80GB Ipod video. What's up?

Hey Brad thanks for letting us know!

There should be 2 videos in the wr.tv stream on iTunes and they should both play on your ipod (they both play in my 2nd gen mini).

Watch your inbox for an email

@Nozz - Thanks! I was using a tripod, but I would imagine it's still shaky due to my overall caffeinne intake, my excited-puppy-dog levels of energy sometimes and the fact that I'm doing all of this with a Flip Ultra.

I'll stop rushing. That will help! Thanks!

DB, nice look at the MINI interior! I recommend using some kind tripod or image stabilization whenever possible. And pan back now and then to give us the big picture look, literally and figuratively. Keep up the good work. I like it.

Is it just me or do these videos not work on iPods? When I subscribed to the feed through iTunes and downloaded the three videos so far, only the Test video would upload to my iPod Touch. The other two gave me an error, saying they were unplayable on my iPod.

That's disappointing but I'll still watch it through iTunes or on the site. As a soon-to-be MINI owner, this kind of stuff is great!

DB, the "official" name of that dotted leather was "Profile leather" and it was a $1,200 option back in the day. I personally don't like leather seats on a car because they don't wear all that well. Next MINI save the money and go for leatherette. The standard seats in our ex-2002 MC in leatherette were perfect after 6 years of use. No sagging, no wrinkles, no cracking or peeling.

The anthracite dashboard (Which is what I currently have on my '05 S) was the most durable interior dash/door trim from the factory. (And looks much better too). If you had gone with the standard silver dash trim, your door handles by now, would have been completely peeled off and devoid of any silver paint. I never understood the vast difference in quality between the silver and anthracite dash trim.

The plastics in the interior generally hold up very well, but be careful of objects that can put scratches on them.

Overall, your car with 180K miles loos much better than some MINIs I have seen with a third of that mileage.

How 'bout a whiteroof.tv Snowball fight?

Send whiteroof.tv the vids of your MINIs in the snow that's blanketed Montreal to Chicago, and points-in-between (Toronto, Buffalo, Syracuse) with inches, feet and cms. of snow.

Let's see what you've got. I showed you mine, now you show us yours!

My first shot is a two-banger:

Day: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WeY9nIYPO4E

Night: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WeY9nIYPO4E

(fyi - both shot with the Flip Video Ultra, so you can see what it does with snow and bright white).

It's a whiteroof.tv snowball fight!
